One-of-a-kind residences on one historic Mount Pleasant site. Just minutes from Dude Chilling Park, the energetic Great Northern Way Emily Carr & BCIT Campus, future Broadway SkyTrain, and countless cafes, restaurants and breweries. In other words, the heart of modern Vancouver. The similar homes in this Edwardian Block all constructed by John McConaghy were likely chosen for it’s proximity to the streetcar hub at the corners of Main, Broadway and Kingsway which was a key factor in the development of Vancouver’s first neighborhoods. Come full circle 111 years later and Block 1910 is once again located near the new Broadway SkyTrain line providing easy access across the City.

Designed in collaboration between Birmingham & Wood + Architrix Design Studio + Zara Zenga Interior Design, the project includes the careful restoration and adaptation of the McConaghy residence constructed in 1910, reconfigured to accommodate a mix of crafted heritage + modern townhomes and contemporary single family residence.
